Misaq ID privacy
Misaq ID provides account authentication for Moments and Planner. The Misaq matchmaking app at misaq.pk has a separate account system.
Information used for authentication
The service holds your name, verified WhatsApp number, password hash and security records needed for verification, rate limits and account recovery. Passwords are not returned to apps or stored in plain text.
Verification and connected apps
WhatsApp verification requests are delivered through the configured TKWAPI connector. Moments and Planner use authenticated server connections to request verification and receive your identity reference, name and verified phone number. They manage their own workspaces and application data.
Sessions and recovery
Verification codes and grants expire and can be used once. Password recovery invalidates identity sessions. Each connected app maintains its own session and checks its identity authorization. Signing out of an app ends that app session.
Your account
Identity records are kept to operate and secure your account. For access, correction or account-removal requests, contact the team through the app you use. Booking and planning records are governed by the app holding them.
